The day-to-day functions of The Gathering Yamba are stewarded and directed by our Yamba Location Pastors.
The Eldership is responsible for the spiritual care and accountability of The Gathering’s Location Pastors. The Elders’ purpose is to assist in preserving Steve and Ally's spiritual health and integrity as they serve The Gathering as location pastors, as well as providing spiritual oversight of The Gathering Yamba.
