Do you have a longing to go deeper in your Spiritual life? Are you looking for more opportunities to activate  your faith and to see God move in your life and the lives around you, but you’re unsure of where to start or how to make it happen?

In 2027 we are excited to continue our TG Discipleship School. An intentional and intensified school focused on equipping you as a believer by developing your spiritual gifts, growing your intimacy with Christ and activating your boldness as you bring the Kingdom of God into the world around you. 

The world needs to encounter Christ through people who are willing to live courageously and purposefully as they walk in the fullness of who God has called them to be. The world needs you.

At The Gathering, our vision is to gather all nations and people to see God’s Glory. TG Discipleship School exists to lead participants into total surrender to Jesus, forming disciples who live sacrificially to magnify Him and make Him known. By fostering transformation and equipping students to carry God’s Kingdom of love, justice, and peace, we seek to raise a generation of disciple-makers who impact the world for Christ.

TG Discipleship School is an seven-month discipleship program designed to shape participants into fully activated disciples of Jesus. Through spiritual formation, practical ministry training, and missional activation, you will learn to embody the gospel in every area of life. Whether through worship, study, or serving, TG Discipleship School is about equipping you to grow deeper in faith and live out your calling with confidence.

lach & tara Jones

Lach and Tara have led The Gathering for over 14 years, passionately raising ALL IN disciples who love Jesus and live obediently to His call. Lach thrives in evangelism, encouraging daily witness, while Tara’s prophetic gifting empowers others to hear and release God’s word.

Stacey is passionate about helping people understand and apply God’s Word to their lives. With a Master’s in Ministry Leadership, a deep love for teaching the Bible, and years of involvement at The Gathering since 2018, she is dedicated to equipping others for a life of faith and purpose.

Justin wants to see God’s heart revealed through prayer, worship and the reading and teaching of His Word. He wants to see lives transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit and loves seeing King Jesus take first place in people’s lives.

With years of experience in ministry, leadership and missional work, Renee is passionate about the transformational power of the Holy Spirit that unlocks people’s full potential through revelation, teaching, prophecy and activation. Dedicated to pursuing God's presence through worship and prayer, and growing in her faith; Renee knows that a believer's first and foremost calling is intimacy with Christ.

how it works

  • TG Discipleship School is open to anyone who has a genuine desire to grow as a follower of Jesus, deepen their relationship with God, and become better equipped to live out their faith.

    You do not need to attend The Gathering to apply. We love the local church and want TG Discipleship School to be a place that equips and empowers people from churches across our region.

  • Mondays, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM at TG Tweed.

    • Each day will begin with a time of prayer and worship, creating space to encounter God and prepare our hearts for the day. The remainder of the day will be structured around a morning teaching session, lunch, small group discussion, and an afternoon session. Each session will include reflection, activation, or practical application, giving you ample opportunity to put into practice what you are learning.

  • Cost: $1,500

    Includes materials, resources, and program activities.

Character of God: Who is God?

Discover the nature of God through biblical theology, the life of Jesus, worship, and the foundations of faith, understanding Him as a communal and relational God.

Identity: Who am I?

Explore what it means to be made in God’s image, confronting the flesh, breaking strongholds, and stepping into the authority and freedom found in Christ.

Growing in Christ: How to be formed into Christlikeness

Develop a deeper spiritual life by learning to hear from God, engaging with Scripture, and practicing contemplative disciplines like silence and retreat.

Purpose: Why am I here?

Uncover your God-given calling through intimacy with Christ, mission, spiritual gifts, prophetic ministry, and evangelism.

Kingdom Community: Living as the family of God

Build Christ-centered relationships, friendships, and leadership skills to foster a thriving, Spirit-led community.
